absolutely. send us your artwork and we'll make it work. if it needs tweaking for print, we'll let you know – no surprises. or if you'd rather, we can design something from scratch together.

can I get a sample first?

yes – once we agree on a design, we can send you a physical sample so you can see and feel it before committing to a full order. we want you to be sure.

what if I need them sooner?

depending on quantity, we can often speed things up. just tell us your deadline and we'll be honest about what's possible.

do you offer branded packaging?

yes – individual packaging with your logo on the box is included in our custom bundle. if you want an elevated, premium unboxing experience with fully branded packaging, that's part of the premium tier.

can you invoice my company?

of course. we issue proper invoices with all the details your finance team needs. EU VAT-registered companies can receive invoices without VAT where applicable.

can you ship to multiple addresses?

yes – especially useful for remote teams or multi-office setups. we can split your order across as many addresses as you need within the EU.

what if there's a printing error?

we'll make it right. every wallet goes through quality checks, but if something slips through, we replace it – no questions, no cost.

how do reorders work?

easy. we keep your design on file, so reordering is just a quick message. same quality, same design, usually faster turnaround.
