2. orders
by placing an order you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read them. the contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.
we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of:
- an obvious pricing error (typo, system glitch)
- product unavailability (out of stock)
- suspected fraudulent order
if an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days.
3. prices & payment
all prices include VAT. payment is processed online by card and is charged immediately before the order is dispatched – goods are shipped only after successful payment. you'll receive a confirmation email after payment.
when offering a discount or promotion, we always display the lowest price at which the product was offered in the last 30 days, in compliance with consumer protection law.
4. shipping
orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. shipping within czechia is free. delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. during periods of high demand or for operational reasons, dispatch may take longer – in such cases, we will notify you by email. missinghue s.r.o. is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
the risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier. if you receive a damaged package, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and contacting us immediately.
5. returns
return conditions:
- items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged
- trying the wallet (inspecting it, inserting a card) is perfectly fine – similar to how you would try it in a physical store
- items with visible signs of wear (carrying in pocket, bending, staining) cannot be accepted for a full refund – tyvek naturally changes with use and a used wallet cannot be resold as new. in such cases, we are entitled to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the decrease in value (§ 2861(1) of the czech civil code)
- return shipping costs are covered by the buyer
- refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method
6. warranty
all products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. we consider the following to be defects:
- print defects (smudging, missing parts of the design, misaligned pattern)
- material defects upon delivery (holes, tears, visible damage inconsistent with the product description)
- seam separation or structural failure occurring during normal use
- delivery of a different design than the one ordered
to file a claim, email us at hello@missinghue.com with a description, photos, and your order number. we will review and resolve the claim within 30 calendar days. if the claim is accepted, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
7. material & its properties
our wallets are made from tyvek® (high-density polyethylene fiber developed by dupont). this material naturally changes with regular use – it softens, develops creases, and gradually acquires a unique patina. these characteristics are an intentional part of the product's design.
we openly present these properties on the product page, including photographs of wallets after several months of daily use (see the "material & care" section). by placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- softening of the material from carrying in a pocket, wallet, or bag is an expected property
- creases, folds, and patina are a natural part of the material's aging process
- minor color variations at fold points are normal
the above are not considered defects under czech consumer law and cannot be grounds for a warranty claim.
8. product images
photographs on our website represent the products as accurately as possible. however, due to individual monitor and display settings, actual colors may differ slightly from what is shown on screen. this is not grounds for a claim.
9. copyright & content protection
all original wallet designs, graphics, photographs, texts, and other content on missinghue.com are copyrighted works of missinghue s.r.o. and are protected under czech copyright law (act no. 121/2000 coll.). any copying, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
tyvek® as a material is not our invention. what is our original work is the specific construction of the wallet – its shape, folding method, bonding technique, card capacity, and overall functional design. equally protected are our graphic designs, the missinghue brand identity, and all website content.
10. limitation of liability
the liability of missinghue s.r.o. is limited to the value of the order. we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from improper use of the product. this limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. changes to terms
these terms may be updated from time to time. the version in effect at the time of placing your order applies to that order. the current version is always available on this page.
12. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the czech republic. for anything at all, reach out to us at hello@missinghue.com.

1. scope
these terms apply to custom merch orders – wallets with your own logo or design, placed via the merch page form or by email. for regular wallet purchases in the store, the main terms & conditions apply.
2. how it works
merch orders are handled outside the standard checkout. the process:
- send us your logo, brand colors, desired quantity, and timeline
- receive a complimentary design mockup within a few days
- after mockup approval and payment, production begins
- delivery across the EU
3. minimum order & volume pricing
the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces across all packages. for orders of 150 pieces or more, we prepare a tailored pricing proposal reflecting the scope of the project, design complexity, and required delivery timeline. we're happy to discuss the details based on your inquiry.
4. pricing
all prices on the merch page are listed excluding VAT. the final price depends on the selected package, quantity, and any additional services – you'll receive an exact quote in response to your inquiry. we issue proper tax invoices with all required details. EU VAT-registered companies may receive invoices under the reverse charge mechanism where applicable.
5. payment terms
payment is made based on an issued invoice. the standard payment term is 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed. production begins exclusively after payment has been received – until then, the order is registered but does not enter the production queue.
in case of late payment, we reserve the right to:
- suspend the start of production until payment is received
- charge statutory late-payment interest pursuant to § 1970 of the czech civil code
- withdraw from the contract unilaterally if payment is more than 30 days overdue
for repeat orders from verified partners, production before payment may be arranged on a case-by-case basis, based on a purchase order with a confirmed payment term.
6. returns & claims
we consider the following to be production defects: incorrect or low-quality print, damaged material, discrepancy with the approved mockup. in such cases, we will provide resolution through re-production or a refund – contact us at hello@missinghue.com. every piece undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
7. design approval
no order goes into production without your written approval of the mockup (email is sufficient). revisions are unlimited for the custom and premium packages. by approving the final design, you confirm the product's appearance – modifications are not possible once production has begun. if you request changes after approval that require new production, these will be treated as a new order.
8. delivery timelines
the indicative delivery time is 2–3 weeks from mockup approval and payment. the actual delivery date depends on order volume, current production capacity, and the selected package (premium includes priority production). the exact timeline is agreed individually and confirmed in writing. missinghue s.r.o. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (supplier disruptions, shipping complications, force majeure).
9. client's intellectual property
by submitting your logo and design assets, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and that their application on our product does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. missinghue s.r.o. bears no liability for any third-party claims arising from the content of the provided materials. we retain your design files for potential reorders and do not use them for any other purpose without your consent.

all original wallet designs created by missinghue s.r.o. (the miniwallet collection and others) are our copyrighted works protected under czech copyright law (act no. 121/2000 coll.). tyvek® as a material is not our invention. what is our original work is the specific construction of the wallet – its shape, folding method, bonding technique, card capacity, and overall functional design. equally protected are our graphic designs, the missinghue brand identity, and all content on missinghue.com. any copying, reproduction, or distribution of our original designs and construction methods without prior written consent is prohibited.

by ordering merch, you acknowledge that the end recipients of the wallets will be informed of these material properties through the product description on missinghue.com. claims based on natural material changes (softening, creasing, patina, minor color variations at fold points) will not be accepted.
12. liability & limitations
the total liability of missinghue s.r.o. in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. this limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
