orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, usually the next business day. shipping within czechia is free to a pickup point, 30 czk to your address. delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

during periods of high demand, dispatch may take longer. in that case we will notify you by email.

risk of damage passes to you upon receipt from the carrier. if you receive a damaged package, file a claim with the carrier and contact us at hello@missinghue.com.
