Refund policy

we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

to be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition - unused, undamaged, and without visible signs of wear. trying the wallet (inspecting it, inserting a card) is perfectly fine.

items showing signs of daily use (carrying in pocket, bending, staining) cannot be accepted for a full refund - tyvek naturally changes with use and a used wallet cannot be resold as new.

to start a return, contact us at hello@missinghue.com with your order number. return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
